Each year, the Abraham Lincoln Foundation opens the doors of the Union League to the public for an open house. Guests will have the opportunity to experience the architecture and art of League house through docent-led tours, and learn about rarely-seen objects from the collections. Living historians will portray important Civil War-era figures such as Clara Barton and Morton McMichael, Philadelphia post-war mayor and founding member of the League. The event is open to the public and free of charge. There is no dress code. Reservations are not required. Please enter through the 15th Street entrance. Each year, the Abraham Lincoln Foundation opens the doors of the Union League to the public for an open house. Guests will have the opportunity to experience the architecture and art of League house through docent-led tours, and learn about rarely-seen objects from the collections. Living historians will portray important Civil War-era figures such as Clara Barton and Morton McMichael, Philadelphia post-war mayor and founding member of the League. The event is open to the public and free of charge. There is no dress code. Reservations are not required. Please enter through the 15th Street entrance.
